CATAPULT 2023! is designed to launch you towards success in 2023 with a mixture of content  providing information on how to achieve growth in your rent roll and business, along with information to maintain a strong mindset and overcome stress and anxiety to ensure you maintain your focus.

Our speaker line up is will ensure you remain engaged for the entire day and you will also have good opportunity to mix with colleagues, freinds and make some new contacts as we enjoy lunch, evening canapes, and a two course dinner.

The day will be MC'd by the highly regarded and sort after Mr. Shane Stone with a display of knowledge and humour that is unique and in the industry.

Our speakers include:

Renee Klassen: Provisional Psychologist BA (Psych), BA(Psych)(Hons), Grad Dip (Psych), MCounselling, ML&D.

Renee is a provisional psychologist whose journey to speaking came via the Counsellor pathway as she was a counsellor in both public and private sectors. Her experience in mental health as a counsellor, lecturer, facilitator and presenter spans over a two decades and extends from classrooms to boardrooms. At some point on the journey Renee extended her studies and is in the process of becoming a registered Psychologist. Speaking is a passion for Renee she uses humour and authenticity to connect with her audience and her aim is to educate people from all walks of life in the areas of resilience building and trauma recovery.

Ellen Bathgate:

Ellen Bathgate is the founder of Rent Roll Starter.

After growing her own rent roll from scratch and selling it a few years ago, Ellen now helps other agents and property managers to start and grow their own rent rolls.

But it hasn’t always been smooth sailing for Ellen. She’s battled depression, anxiety and navigated some very dark times.

In her session at Invigorate, Ellen is going to speak about her experience with mental illness for the first time ever in public.

This session will be honest, vulnerable, and sometimes uncomfortable. But Ellen is ready to share all the details of her journey with mental illness, and the strategies she uses to manage her mental illness every day.

Ron Prasad:

Purposeful and passionate as speaker, trainer and author, Ron is committed to supporting others in executing with excellence.

Having graduated from university with a degree in Financial Planning, Ron spent nine years working in the financial services sector. It was during that time he discovered his passion for personal and professional development. As a result, he devoted his efforts to further studies in personal development, including a Diploma in Counselling and a Certificate Four in Coaching. Following extensive experiences gained in coaching and mentoring people from all walks of life, from professional sportsmen through to Chief Executive Officers, Ron has published articles that have been read by millions of people around the world.

In 2014, he co-founded an anti-bullying charity for school kids, Beat Bullying With Confidence Foundation.

Elise Whitmore:

Brimming with efficiency and a bubbly good nature, Elise Whitmore brings her expert knowledge, integrity and professionalism to CATAPULT 2023!.   Elise gets things done quickly, properly and with a genuine passion for customer service. Elise has mastered the often-neglected skill of listening, knowing that this lies at the heart of solving any problem. Placing an importance on complete transparency, Elise is up front and to the point, an approach that is appreciated by colleagues and clients alike.

David Woolfall:

David will cover two topics: Legislation and the top concerns as we move into 2023, and The Importance of Having Personal Values to your success in business.

Shane Stone:

Shane will cover these two “must haves” for 2023, high-level communication and structuring yourself for massive growth, it’s all very well to have scripts and dialogues, but the delivery of these is crucial.  Authenticity for 2023 will be everything, and adjusting your communication, body language, and knowledge to your audience must be second nature. The changes to the act are here to stay but how can you and your clients benefit from them? there is a positive in every negative, and winning from changes to legislative matters will put you ahead of that pack.

The main key to good solid growth is discipline the rest will fall into place but without it, you will be running a race on a rocking horse.  Shane will show you the formula, from the inception of discipline right through to the high level of communication needed to ensure you and your office will never look back.
