You will be guided through the VCAT process, from the actions you take leading upto making an application, such as issuing the right notices, wording your application correctly, negotiation techniques for before the hearing, presenting your case to VCAT, and what to do after you receive the order.

We will review the most important aspects of legislation along with any recent tribunal or court hearings thathave provided verdicys and reasoning that will be beneficial to know.

There will be discussion on how to effectively grow your rental business in the modern world.

You will learn techniques and words that you can use to ensure effective dialogue and communication with your rental providers and renters  to provide the most beneficial outcomes.

All of the above and a light lunch will ensure you are armed and ready to handle the situations youwill encounter as your career progresses.
