Woolfall & Stone are pleased to bring to our members these monthly webinars included in your membership fee. Each month (except December and January) we will bring a short webinar limited to 30 minutes to discuss important topics. Some will be in the form of a webinar whilst others may be in the form of discussion amongst members.
With this the first of these webinars for members we will take a look at routine inspections including the legislation around inspections, renter privacy issues, what are the risks, what should be done to ensure risk is minimised, handling issues arising from a routine inspections, and are remote routine inspections fulfilling our obligations to our client?
