VIC: The government has announced the portable bond scheme will commence 1st July 2026.

Yesterday I posted about new legislation introduced into parliament. Here is a link to tge Bill which includes caps on lease break costs, kets, domestic violences discrimination etc. Keep in mind this is only a Bill at thus stage it hasn't passed parliament yet.

Coming up to the November election the government has introduced further leguslation changes. This time we are lookibg at changes including a cap on break lease costs.
