MyVCAT Portal

Good morning all,

Over the weekend VCAT has been upgrading the MyVCAT portal. All notices (NTV's, Breach, Notice of Entry) are now available through the portal and whilst they are at 7:30am still available through the VCAT Residential Tenancies Hub I assume they will become unavailable on the old hub over the coming days.

It is important to note that when making application to VCAT or RDRV your application is made from the same portal/hub as the associated notice was issued from.

If anyone uses the MyVCAT portal for notices, other than what was already available on the portal over the coming days could you please confirm for everyone that it is working as it should or if their are any issues.

Have a great week!

door locks/minimum standard opinion

VIC - Can anyone tell me if this is minimum standard, for a laundry and front door, no screen door on either, opens with a key on the outside and turn locks on the inside, does it also need a deadlock installed?
