Residential Tenancies Act Section 71B Renter's request for consent to keep pet on rented premises

Renter's request for consent to keep pet on rented premises (1) A renter who requests the residential rental provider's consent to keep a pet on the rented premises must do so in the form approved by the Director.

(2) A renter who makes a request under subsection (1) must give the request to the residential rental provider.
