As agents for your rental provider you must assist and to the best of your knowledge ensure the and documentation is correctly completed. These responsibilities arise under the principals of agency law, along with the requirements of the Estate Agents Act 1980 and the Estate Agents (Professional Conduct) Regulations 2018.
