Refer to Residential Tenancies Act 1997 Section 85(a) & (b)(iii), and Section 86(1)(e).
A minimum 24 Hours Notice has been provided, or the renter has agreed within 7 days prior to the entry.
If there is no agreement for entry and a notice of entry must be served the methods of service are listed in Section 88 of the Residential Tenancies Act and are; 1. by post, or 2. by delivering it personally between the hours of 8am and 6pm
