Threats and intimidation (1) A site owner may give a site tenant a notice to vacate a site if the site tenant or any other person residing at the Part 4A site occupied by the site tenant has seriously threatened or intimidated—
(a) the site owner or the owner's agent; or
(b) a contractor or employee of a person referred to in paragraph (a).
(2) The notice must specify a termination date that is not less than 14 days after the date on which the notice is given.
