VIC: Residential Tenancies Act Section 142ZE Disruption

Disruption (1) A rooming house operator may give a resident a notice to vacate the room occupied by the resident if the resident or the resident's visitor seriously interrupts the quiet and peaceful enjoyment of the rooming house by other residents.

(2) The notice may specify a termination date that is the date on which the notice is given or a later date.
