VIC: Residential Tenancies Act Section 142ZP Notice by rooming house mortgagee

Notice by rooming house mortgagee (1) A rooming house mortgagee may give a resident a notice to vacate a room if the rooming house mortgagee becomes entitled to possession of, or to exercise a power of sale in respect of, the rooming house under a mortgage.

(2) The notice must specify a termination date that is not less than 60 days after the date on which the notice is given.
