Offence to include prohibited term in agreement under section 144
(1) A caravan park owner, caravan owner or resident must not prepare or authorise the preparation of an agreement under section 144 that contains a term referred to in section 144AA. Penalty: 25 penalty units.
(2) If an agreement under section 144 contains a prohibited term, that term is void and unenforceable.
