Limit on rent or hiring charge in advance

(1) A caravan park owner must not require a resident to pay rent more than 14 days in advance. Penalty: 60 penalty units.

(2) A caravan owner must not require a resident to pay a hiring charge more than 28 days in advance. Penalty: 60 penalty units.
