Supply of key (1) A caravan park owner must not charge an initial fee for the supply of a key or device, or for both if necessary, that enable a resident to gain vehicular access to the park. (2) A caravan park owner may charge a reasonable fee for the supply of an additional or a replacement key or device requested by the resident. (3) On termination of the residency right, a resident must return all keys and devices provided by the caravan park owner to the caravan park owner.
