Quiet enjoyment—caravan park owner's duty A caravan park owner must not unreasonably restrict or interfere with a resident's privacy, peace and quiet or proper use and enjoyment of the site and the communal facilities. Note This section is a duty provision and a contravention of this section may be dealt with as a breach of a duty under Part 5 and other provisions of this Act.
