Entry of caravan by caravan owner A caravan owner or a person appointed in writing as the caravan owner's agent for the purpose has a right to enter a caravan occupied by a resident— (a) if the resident agrees at the time entry is sought; or (b) if the Tribunal has made an abandonment order under section 206AP; or

(c) for a purpose set out in section 201, at any time between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. on any day (except a public holiday) if at least 24 hours notice has been given to the resident in accordance with section 203.
