Notice under agreement with specified period of occupancy

(1) A caravan park owner, before the end of a specified period of occupancy in an agreement under section 144, may give a resident a notice to vacate a site at the end of the specified period.

(2)A caravan owner, before the end of a specified period of occupancy in an agreement under section 144, may give a resident a notice to vacate a caravan at the end of the specified period. (3) The notice to vacate must specify a termination date that is on or after the date of the end of the specified period of occupancy in the agreement under section 144. (4) The notice to vacate must specify a termination date that is not less than 60 days after the date on which the notice to vacate is given.
