Site agreements to be in writing

(1) A site agreement must be in writing.

(2) A site owner must not enter into a site agreement with a site tenant that is not in writing. Penalty: 150 penalty units.

(3) A failure to comply with this section does not— (a) make the site agreement illegal, invalid or unenforceable; or (b) affect the application of this Act to the site agreement.
