Offence to include prohibited term in site agreement
(1) A site owner or site tenant must not prepare or authorise the preparation of a site agreement that contains a term referred to in section 206FA. Penalty: 25 penalty units.
(2) If a site agreement contains a prohibited term, that term is void and unenforceable.
