Site owner's liability for electricity, gas and water charges A site owner is liable for— (a) the installation costs and charges in respect of the initial connection to a Part 4A site of any electricity, water or gas (including bottled gas) supply service; (ab) all rates, taxes or charges payable under any Act other than charges payable by the site tenant under this Division; (b) the cost of all services to a Part 4A site if those services are not separately metered; (c) all charges arising from a water supply service to a separately metered Part 4A site that are not based on the amount of water supplied or used; (d) all charges related to the supply or use of sewerage and drainage services to or at a separately metered Part 4A site that are not based on the extent of use of the services; (e) any prescribed fees and charges.
