Site tenant's duty to pay rent A site tenant must pay the rent, fees and other charges agreed with the site owner on the due dates and in the agreed manner. Note This section is a duty provision and a contravention of this section may be dealt with as a breach of a duty under Part 5 and other provisions of this Act.
