VIC: Residential Tenancies Act Section 206ZZL What must be in a notice of entry?

What must be in a notice of entry? A notice under this Division requiring entry must—

(a) be in writing; and

(b) state why the site owner or the site owner's agent wishes to enter; and

(c) be given— (i) by post; or (ii) by delivering it personally to the site tenant between the hours of 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.
