Offence relating to entering a site occupied by a site tenant A site owner or a site owner's agent must not, without reasonable excuse, enter a Part 4A site or a Part 4A dwelling occupied by a site tenant otherwise than in accordance with this Division. Penalty: 25 penalty units.
