VIC: Residential Tenancies Act Section 207I Termination by site tenant before occupation or use

Termination by site tenant before occupation or use A site agreement terminates if the site tenant has not entered into occupation or use of the Part 4A site and has given a notice of termination of the site agreement to the site owner on the ground that the Part 4A site—

(a) is unsafe; or

(b) is not legally available for use as a Part 4A site; or

(c) is for any other reason unavailable for occupation.
