Tribunal may order compensation from Residential Tenancies Fund
(1) On an application under section 362(3) or section 365(4), the Tribunal may— (a) make an order for compensation; or (b) dismiss the application.
(2) Compensation in respect of an order made under this section must be paid from the Residential Tenancies Fund.
