What if an owner of premises refuses to store goods for more than 14 days? If a former renter or other person who has a lawful right to goods left behind requests the owner of premises to store the goods for more than 14 days and the owner of premises refuses, the former renter or other person may apply to the Tribunal for an order requiring the owner to store the goods for a period of more than 14 days.
