What if goods or documents are disposed of in contravention of this Part? If an owner of premises destroys, disposes of or sells a former renter's goods or personal documents otherwise than in accordance with this Part, the former renter or other person who has a lawful right to the goods or documents may apply to the Tribunal for an order that the owner of premises pay compensation for the loss of the goods or documents.
