Copy of SDA residency agreement to be made available to SDA resident An SDA provider providing an SDA enrolled dwelling to an SDA resident under an SDA residency agreement (whether entered into or established), on or before the day specified in the SDA residency agreement as the day of commencement of the agreement—

(a) must give the SDA resident a written copy of the SDA residency agreement; and

(b) must provide a copy of the SDA residency agreement to the SDA resident's guardian or the SDA resident's administrator (if any).

Penalty: 25 penalty units.
