VIC: Residential Tenancies Act Section 498I SDA residency agreements to be in standard form

SDA residency agreements to be in standard form (1) An SDA residency agreement must be in the prescribed standard form and may include or refer to the following—

(a) matters required by the National Disability Insurance Scheme Act 2013 of the Commonwealth;

(b) matters required by any regulations, rules or instruments made under that Act.

(2) An SDA provider must not prepare or authorise the preparation of an SDA residency agreement in a form that is not in the prescribed standard form. Penalty: 25 penalty units.

(3) A failure to comply with this section does not make the SDA residency agreement illegal, invalid or unenforceable.
