What can the Tribunal order?
(1) If the Tribunal is satisfied that the SDA provider is in breach of the duty to maintain the SDA enrolled dwelling in good repair, the Tribunal may order— (a) the SDA provider to carry out specified repairs; and (b) the use of a suitably qualified person to carry out the repairs.
(2) If the Tribunal makes an order requiring the SDA provider to carry out specified repairs, the order must specify the repairs and the time within which they must be carried out.
