SDA provider must not seek overpayment for utility charge An SDA provider must not seek payment or reimbursement for a cost or charge, or specify a cost or charge for utilities at an SDA enrolled dwelling under an SDA residency agreement, that is more than the amount that the relevant utility supplier would have charged the SDA resident for the supply or use of electricity, water, bottled gas or oil by an SDA resident at an SDA enrolled dwelling. Penalty: 60 penalty units.
