Effect of possession order for SDA enrolled dwelling If a possession order is made under this Division in respect of an SDA enrolled dwelling, the SDA residency agreement terminates at the end of the day before the day on which possession of the SDA enrolled dwelling is delivered up to the SDA provider or mortgagee.
