What if goods or documents are disposed of in contravention of this Division? If the SDA enrolled dwelling owner destroys, disposes of or sells a former SDA resident's goods or personal documents, otherwise than in accordance with this Division, the former SDA resident or a person who has a lawful right to those goods or documents may apply to the Tribunal for compensation.
