Jurisdiction of Supreme Court, County Court and Magistrates' Court (1) The Supreme Court has jurisdiction to hear and determine applications made under section 510. (2) Subject to section 37 of the County Court Act 1958, the County Court has jurisdiction to hear and determine applications made under section 510. (3) Subject to the Magistrates' Court Act 1989, the Magistrates' Court has jurisdiction to hear and determine applications made under section 510.
