Provision of fire fighting equipment

(1) A caravan park owner must provide fire fighting equipment for the caravan park in accordance with the regulations. Penalty: 240 penalty units in the case of a natural person; 1200 penalty units in the case of a body corporate.

(2) A caravan park owner must ensure that the fire fighting equipment is maintained to the prescribed standard.

Penalty: 240 penalty units in the case of a natural person; 1200 penalty units in the case of a body corporate.
