Public emergency warnings

(1) If a public emergency warning is issued, a caravan park owner must display a copy of the public emergency warning in the prescribed manner. Penalty: 240 penalty units in the case of a natural person; 1200 penalty units in the case of a body corporate.

(2) If a public emergency warning is issued, a caravan park owner must implement the relevant emergency procedures for the caravan park. Penalty: 240 penalty units in the case of a natural person; 1200 penalty units in the case of a body corporate.
