VIC: Residential Tenancies Act Section 533 Transitional provision—Consumer Legislation Amendment Act

Transitional provision—Consumer Legislation Amendment Act 2019—pets Division 5B of Part 2 as inserted by the Consumer Legislation Amendment Act 2019 does not apply to a tenancy agreement in existence before the commencement of that Division, unless the tenant, on or after that commencement, introduces or wishes to keep a pet at the rented premises.
