Residential rental provider must keep and produce records of gas and electrical safety checks A residential rental provider must comply with any prescribed requirements for the keeping and production of records of gas and electrical safety checks conducted at the rented premises. Note This section is a duty provision and a contravention of this section may be dealt with as a breach of a duty under Part 5 and other provisions of this Act.
