Termination where residential rental provider not owner of premises A residential rental agreement terminates if the owner of the rented premises gives a notice to vacate in accordance with section 91ZZJ and—

(a) the renter vacates the rented premises on or after the termination date specified in the notice; or

(b) the residential rental agreement terminates in accordance with section 334.
