Failure of residential rental provider to comply with Tribunal order (1) A renter may give a residential rental provider a notice of intention to vacate rented premises if the residential rental provider fails to comply with an order of the Tribunal under section 212. (2) The notice must specify a termination date that is not less than 14 days after the date on which the notice is given.
