Restriction on use of personal information provided by prospective residents A rooming house operator or that person's agent must not use personal information disclosed by a person on an application form to apply for a residency right unless the use is for— (a) the purposes of assessing the person's suitability as a resident; or (b) another purpose required by this Act.
