VIC; Residential Tenancies Act Section 96 What is the maximum bond?

What is the maximum bond? A rooming house operator must not demand or accept a bond that exceeds—

(a) in the case of a fixed term rooming house agreement, the equivalent of 28 days rent; or

(b) in any other case, the equivalent of 14 days rent.

Penalty: 60 penalty units.
