Invalid terms A term or condition in a fixed term rooming house agreement (including a term agreed to by the parties under section 94AB) is invalid if— (a) it is a term that this Act provides must not be included in a fixed term rooming house agreement; or (b) it is a prohibited term. Note The Tribunal may declare under sections 94A and 472 that a term of a fixed term rooming house agreement is invalid.
