Standard form residential rental agreements

(1) For the purposes of section 26(1) of the Act, the prescribed standard form is Form 1 in Schedule 1.

(2) For the purposes of section 26(1A)(b) of the Act, the prescribed standard form is Form 2 in Schedule 1.
