VIC: Residential Tenancies Regulation 46 Safety devices

Safety devices For the purposes of section 114A of the Act, the following safety devices are prescribed— (a) a smoke alarm; (b) a carbon monoxide alarm; (c) a residual current device; (d) a swimming pool barrier; (e) a fire sprinkler system; (f) a fire hose reel; (g) a fire blanket; (h) a fire extinguisher; (i) a fire window; (j) a fire hydrant; (k) a security camera located in common area; (l) any emergency lighting;

(m) a hot water safety device.
