We will explore the history of Federal Jurisdiction to explain why this process is necessary and when you need to follow this process. We will then guide you through the application process, all the forms, service of documents, and then what happens in the Magistrates Court during your hearing and what to do after the hearing. This session will provide you a comprehensive understanding of the process and what to expect.
