David will guide you through the most important aspects of the Residential Tenancies Act, and show you how to easily and quickly access information when you need it. The session will also cover how other legislation can affect what we do and the most important areas of legislation outside the Residential Tenancies Act that you should be aware of. During this session you will: * Gain a strong understanding of the most important aspect of the Residential Tenancies Act & the Residential Tenancies Regulations, * Understand how to use the Director's Guidelines, * Understand that other legislation may be referred to and may be useful in our day to day work, * How to easily and quickly look up legislation * and more Your confidence in dealing with difficult people will be greatly increased by you having a strong understanding of legislation.
