Schedule 5 contains a list of the infringement penalties under the Act and Regulations. Please note that these are infringement penalties, they are the amount of the penalty if issued by Consumer Affairs via an infringement notice. For maximum penalties available if prosecuted in a court refer to individual sections of the Act.
