Members' site FAQ page
We have redesigned the FAQ page in the members section and have added a lot of information. You will now find a search function within the FAQ page where you can type in key words to find what you are looking for, for example, type in 'intimidation' and you will be taken to the answer for what is the notice period for an NTV for threats and intimidation (we have deleted the site wide search function as it was not performing as we had hoped). We have most of the NTV's covered, minimum standards, mandatory disclosures, the questions that were on the previous FAQ page and more. We will also be continually adding to it. At the moment it is based on Victorian legislation and procedures. The FAQ is available on the desktop version and also the app version. The current App will be replaced in the coming 1 to 2 weeks with our branded app once approved by Google and Apple's App stores.
If you are using the current app through the Spaces by Six App please let us know what you think of the app design as is and the ability to get answers quickly through the FAQ section whilst on the go and meeting with clients.
