Here is the link for the now current Residential Tenancies Regulations, these regulations are now in force (as of 1/12/2024). Please note that these are the amended regulations and the changes are for minimum standards. Other changes we have been speaking about recently are to the Residential Tenancies Act and are currently in parliament which has now recessed and will not return until February so we will not know more on them for a few months.
